I haven’t finished talking about our trip out to Minnesota or anything we did here and now it is getting close to packing up time, again. We’ll never get the award for the most up to date blog, that’s for sure! Just know that all of our gaps and misses are because we are having so much fun.
This route does look like we are taking the long way around… and we are. First a week to unwind going across the upper peninsula of Michigan seeing the Keeweenaw Peninsula and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Then back to Elkhart, Indiana for RV repairs we didn’t have time to do last Spring.
While the RV is at the shop we’ll check in with Steve’s brother and then head to the Dayton/Columbus area of Ohio to see things we had to cancel last April.
From there it is back to Elkhart and a few long drive days to Cheyenne, WY and down to Colorado Springs, CO. I’ve been wanting to get into this park for a long time. I made reservations last April for this Fall and got the last spot. Hope we don’t have to cancel.
From here we will have another two months of travel before settling down in Arizona for the winter. Please continue traveling with us as we see well known landmarks and find some hidden gems.
